Components made of foam resin GFK in vacuum-assisted series production

The topic of GFK components made of foam resin in vacuum-assisted series production has not yet been worked on. In the case of the achievement of the desired design and manufacturing solutions would be advantages for transport and final assembly.

The applicant expects the project to bring a significant increase in know-how, which will enable it to extend its range of services to include additional components made of foam resin GRP. Comparable services are not yet offered in the supplier area.

The big challenge is clearly in the consistent high quality of the components in the required high quantities. To date, the components are manufactured in classic hand laminate. These not only have a high weight, but must be reworked with high staff effort.

This innovative approach is based on the logical preparation of the manufacturing technology, so that the additional effort is kept as low as possible.
